Privacy notice

This notice explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it. We have tried to write it in plain English rather than the usual thing.

Who we are

Prova Nutrition Ltd is the data controller for the information described here. We are a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17355591, with a registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.

What we collect

We only hold personal data that you type into a form on this site. Specifically:

If you join the waitlist

• Your first name
• Your email address
• Whether you ticked the box asking about Founders places

If you send a gym partnership enquiry

• Your name
• The name of your gym or group
• Your email address
• Your location, if you give it
• Anything you write in the message box

We do not ask for, and have no way of receiving, any special category data through this site — nothing about your health, dietary requirements or anything similar. Please do not put that sort of information in the message box.

Cookies, analytics and tracking

This website sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party trackers. Our fonts are served from our own site rather than from Google or anyone else, so loading a page here does not tell any other company that you visited. That is why you have not been asked to accept a cookie banner — there is nothing to accept.

Why we use your data, and our lawful basis

• To email you about Prova — where and when we are opening, and Founders places. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you gave by submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time and we will stop.
• To reply to a gym partnership enquiry and have that conversation with you. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interests in responding to someone who has approached us about doing business together.

We will not use your details for anything else, and we will never sell them or pass them to anyone for marketing.

Who else handles your data

We keep the number of companies involved as small as we can. Two are unavoidable:

• Formspree, Inc. receives form submissions and forwards them to our inbox. Formspree is based in the United States, so your details are transferred outside the UK. That transfer is covered by the safeguards in our agreement with them.
• Vercel, Inc. hosts this website. Their servers record standard technical information such as IP addresses in order to serve pages and keep the site secure.

We may also share information where the law requires it. Beyond that, nobody outside Prova sees it.

How long we keep it

Waitlist details are kept until you ask us to remove them, or until two years after our last contact with you — whichever comes first. Partnership enquiries are kept for up to three years so we have a record of the conversation. After that we delete them.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

• ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• have your data deleted;
• restrict or object to how we use it;
• ask us to transfer it to you or another organisation;
• withdraw your consent to marketing emails at any time.

Email hello@provanutrition.com and we will deal with it within one month. There is no charge. Every marketing email we send will also carry an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing is enough on its own — you do not need to write to us.

Complaints

If you think we have handled your data badly, please tell us first so we have a chance to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK regulator, at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we use your data we will update this page and change the date at the top. If the change is significant and we hold your email address, we will tell you directly.
